I will be talking about Chiswick House gardeners in the past at 11.30am on Sunday, 19 May, a Chelsea Fringe event and the first open day of the year in the Chiswick House Kitchen Garden. Admission is free
You can meet the Chiswick House gardeners of today, and there will be a beekeeping demonstration, a potted adventure trail for children and the chance to purchase seasonal produce and plants grown in the Kitchen Garden. A near neighbour, Hogarth’s House, though not its garden where work is in progess, will also be open 12-5pm that day. Download a trail linking the two houses or pick up a free printed copy on the day
